Knowledge Hub as a target connection

The Knowledge Hub connector is available as an Early Access feature.

The Knowledge Hub connection authenticates Data Integration to Boomi Knowledge Hub and lets you load data into a Knowledge Base as a target. After you create a connection, you can reuse it whenever you build a new Source to Target Flow.

Prerequisites

• An active Knowledge Hub license.
• Your Boomi Account ID. For more information, refer to Account Information settings.
• Your Boomi Username. For more information, refer to User Information settings.
• A platform token (Boomi API Token). For more information, refer to Platform API Tokens overview.

Creating the connection

Create the connection using your Boomi Account ID, Boomi Username, and Boomi API Token.

1. Create a Source to Target Flow, or open an existing one, and go to the Target tab.
2. Select Knowledge Hub as the target, then click New Connection next to Target Connection.
3. In the Create Knowledge Hub Connection dialog, enter a Connection Name.
4. Enter your Boomi Account ID.
5. Enter your Boomi Username.
6. Enter your Boomi API Token.
7. (Optional) Select Custom File Zone to save data in your own staging area.
8. Click Test Connection to verify the connection.
9. Click Save.
