Boomi Data Integration predefined reports

The Boomi Data Integration source comes with the following predefined reports. They cover the data flows, run activity, users, and audit trail of your Boomi Data Integration account.
Predefined reports

| Data Flows | Retrieves your data flows, including status, type, and schedule. Optionally filter by data flow status, data flow type, interface type, or schedule status. | Full refresh |
| Activities | Retrieves run summaries for your data flows within a date range, including run status and record counts. Optionally filter by run status, data flow type, or scheduled or unscheduled. | Incremental |
| Users | Retrieves the users on your account, including role and status. | Full refresh |
| Audit Events | Retrieves the audit trail of account changes within a date range. Optionally filter by event type or entity type. | Incremental |
| Connections | Retrieves the connections configured on your account. | Full refresh |
Each report also exposes its own filters, such as status, type, and date range, when you configure it.
Known limitations
- Activities requires a date range on every call. Leave the range at its default (effectively all available history), or narrow it to scope the pull.
- Data Flows, Activities, Audit Events, and Connections are all scoped to the single environment configured on your connection.
If you need a report or object that is not currently supported, contact Boomi Support so that it can be evaluated for a future release.
