Zendesk Chat reports in Data Integration

Several reports can be split into two groups. Date range reports and Dimension reports.

Date range reports

The following reports are date range reports: Agent Timeline, Chats, Conversions, and Department Events.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to the Data Integration Account.
  2. Select the connection that you created.
  3. Select the report.
  4. Select theĀ time period:
  • Select the start date.
  • After each run of the river, the start date will be updated automatically with the river execution date. This enables the next run to pull data from the end of the previous run.
  • Days back - use this input to pull data from a given number of days back before the given start date.

Dimension reports

These reports do not have any additional definitions to set (on the source part) except for the report selection.
