Zendesk Chat predefined reports

The Zendesk Chat data source in Data Integration includes predefined reports. Each report includes a sort description of the data, a list of customizable fields (if applicable), and the schema mapping. Due to the standardized nature of these reports, there are locked fields that will only be accessible through the custom reporting feature.
