Recurly API version 3 is currently supported.

Recurly is a subscription billing platform for businesses. You can easily onboard and manage your clients billing with Recurly.

Connection

To connect the Recurly API v3 with your destination, refer to Recurly connection.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Data Integration console.
  2. Choose a Recurly Connection that you created.
  3. Select a report from the Report drop-down list.

Reports

Two types of reports are available in Recurly:

Predefined reports

To view Predefined Reports, refer to Predefined Reports topic.

Custom reports

Create custom reports and select a specific report to pull data from Recurly after creating a connection. The following are the custom reports available from Recurly:

  • Accounts
  • Billing information - Premium
  • Billing information - General
  • Subscriptions
  • Items
  • Plans
  • Coupons
  • Invoices

Except for the Billing Information - General report, which gathers data for all accounts, each report lets you extract data in one of two ways:

  • All - Choose All to retrieve all data regardless of time periods.
  • Incremental - Select Incremental to control the date range of your report.

  • Start Date is mandatory.
  • Retrieves Data for the date range specified between the start and end dates.
  • If you leave the end date blank, the data is pulled at the current time of the river's run.
  • Date time zone: UTC.
  • Use the Last Days Back For Each Run option to gather data from a specified number of days before the selected start date.

Limitation

The Billing Information reports collect data for all accounts and are limited to a maximum of 20 accounts.
