Pinterest connection

Integrating Pinterest API with Data Integration enables businesses to manage and analyze their Pinterest data efficiently. Organizations can gain valuable insights and make data-driven decisions to enhance their marketing efforts and business strategy by automating the data collection process.

Before establishing the connection, ensure you have completed the Pinterest app setup and authorization steps. For more information, refer to the App registration and authorization guide.

Prerequisite

Login credentials to a Pinterest account.

Establishing a connection

Procedure

  1. Navigate to the Data Integration Account.
  2. Click Connections and select + New Connection.
  3. Choose Pinterest.
  4. Enter the Connection Name.
  5. Click the Connect with Pinterest.

Make sure your browser does not block pop-ups.

tip

If nothing happens after clicking the Connect with Pinterest, your browser might have blocked the pop-up. To allow a blocked pop-up:

  • On the right side of the URL in your browser, click the Pop-up blocked button and select Always allow pop-ups from Data Integration.
  • Click and sign in with your account.
  1. Authorize Data Integration to access your Google account by clicking Allow.

  1. Click Save to save the connection in your Data Integration account.

  2. Click Test connection.

    If the test is successful, you can start working with Pinterest.
