Q. I have a NetSuite accounts table with X records, but Data Integration loads less than X records to my target DB. Why is that
A. This occurs because of missing role permissions. You should allow Deferred account REGISTERS to the role, not just the complete account.
A deferral account is available only for account types that allow deferred transactions.
NetSuite UI Instructions:
- Navigate to setup > Users/Roles > Manage roles > search.
- Find and select the specific role used in the connection.
- Under permissions > Lists.
- Add the Deferred account permissions to the role..
Q. Unable to connect to Netsuite despite having valid credentials
A. This error can occur if you include the https:// prefix before the SERVICE HOST in the Host Field (under Role ID and Account ID).
