NetSuite troubleshooting

Q. I have a NetSuite accounts table with X records, but Data Integration loads less than X records to my target DB. Why is that?

A. This usually occurs because of missing role permissions. You should allow "Deferred" account REGISTERS to the role, not just the complete account.

A deferral account is available only for account types that allow deferred transactions.

NetSuite UI Instructions:

1. Navigate to setup > Users/Roles > Manage roles > search.
2. Find and select the specific role used in the connection.
3. Under permissions > Lists.
4. Add the Deferred account permissions to the role..

Q. Unable to connect to Netsuite despite having valid credentials?

A. This error can occur if you include the https:// prefix before the SERVICE HOST in the Host Field (under Role ID and Account ID).
