Setting up the connection
Create a dedicated Admin user for Data Integration to set up a Data Integration in your NetSuite account and locate the following information:
- Account ID, Role ID, Service Host, user login password, and email.
Creating a dedicated Admin user
Follow the instructions to create a dedicated Admin user in your NetSuite account for Data Integration.

Make sure to use Data Integration as the name of the user.

Select the Administrator role under the Roles section.
Locate your Account ID

Log in to your Netsuite account.

Navigate to Setup > Integration > Web Services Preference from the menu.

You can view your Account ID under the Primary Information section.
Locate the Role ID of your dedicated Data Integration user

Navigate to: Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles from the menu.

The Role ID is under the Internal ID column.

If you cannot locate the Internal ID column, add it.
a. Click Customize View. b. Find the Internal ID column and select the field.

Click Add and then Save.
Locate your service host
- Find the Settings view and select Set Up SuiteAnalytics Connect from the menu.
- Click Your Configuration.
- Your host is under SERVICE HOST.
Creating a NetSuite connection in Data Integration
Procedure

Navigate to the Data Integration console

Click Connections and select + New Connection.

Choose NetSuite.

Enter a connection name under the Connection Name field and provide connection details.
a. User Email: The email used to log in to your NetSuite account.
b. Password: The login password.
c. Role ID: The located Role ID.
d. Account ID: The located Account ID.
e. Host: The located Service Host.
Make sure not to include the https:// prefix in this field.
- Click Save.
