Prerequisites

  • Chargify Account with an Administrator account.

  • Chargify subdomain.

  • Data Integration account.

Generating new API key in Chargify for Data Integration

To connect to your Chargify service in Data Integration, you must provide two keys:

Subdomain

Chargify provides the Subdomain.

  1. Connect to your Chargify account.

  2. The subdomain appears in the Select a Site page.

API Key

The Chargify API key is available for a specific subdomain.

  1. Use the Select a Site drop-down menu to select the subdomain for which you want an API key.

  2. Go to Config > Integrations from the left-hand menu.

  3. In the Integration panel, choose API Keys/Chargify Direct > New API v1 Key.

  4. Copy the API key. It does not appear again.

Creating a Chargify connection in Data Integration

  1. Navigate to your Data Integration Console and select Connections.

  2. Click + Create New Connection.

  3. Choose Chargify.

  4. Paste the Subdomain and the API Key you've fetched in the last step.

  5. Enter the Connection Name.

  6. Click Save.
