Kochava walkthrough

info

Kochava API version 1.4 is supported.

Kochava helps create brand identities, identify and activate target audiences, and measure and optimize marketing campaigns across linked devices.

Connection

To connect to Kochava with your destination, follow the step-by-step tutorial. Choose a Source Connection after creating a connection.

Reports

After creating a connection, select a specific report to pull data from the Kochava.

Each report has four primary parameters:

note

The default fields are unique to each report, so there can be some differences between reports.

  1. App Guide List: Choose the applications you want to pull data from, or leave it blank to get data from all applications.

  2. Traffic Type: Choose the traffic type.

  3. Traffic Including: Provides detailed information on the types of traffic.

  1. Time Zone: The target data includes two timezone columns. One is UTC, and the other, labeled Adjusted, reflects your selected time zone.

You can also get information for a specific date range.

When the data you fetch is large and reaches size or timeout constraints, use Split your chunks by to split the data into manageable chunks.

info
  • Start Date is mandatory.
  • You can retrieve data for the date range specified between the start and end dates.
  • If you leave the end date blank, the data pulls at the current river run time.
  • Date timezone: UTC.
  • Use the Last Days Back For Each Run option to gather data from a specified number of days before the selected start date.
