Intercom connection
Prerequisite
An Intercom account is mandatory. To create one, refer to Intercom Sign up topic.
Procedure
After logging in to your account, you need Read-Only permissions to access your Intercom resources.
To use the Tickets report, your connection must include the Read tickets OAuth scope. If your connection was authorized before this scope was available, re-authorize it to grant access. Refer to the Intercom walkthrough for re-authorization steps.

Navigate to the Data Integration Console.

Click the Connections from the left-hand menu.

Click + New Connection.

Find and select the Intercom connection.
You can also create a connection from Data Flow>Add Data Flow page.

Enter the Connection Name.

Click Connect to Intercom. Make sure your browser does not block pop-ups.

Fill in the authentication form with your Work Email and Password.

After setup, Intercom prompts you for permissions to allow Data Integration access to proceed.

Click Test Connection. If the connection is successful, you can use this connection in Data Integration.
