  2. Select Create New River in the top right corner of the page.

  3. Choose Data Source to Target as your river type.

  4. In the General Info tab, enter the river name, add a description, and choose a group.

  5. Navigate to the Source tab.

  6. Under Marketing, select Innovid from the list of data sources.

  7. Under Source Connection, select the connection you created, or create a new one.

  8. Select a Report, either Delivery or Viewability.

  9. Select the Client to pull data.

  10. Select the Advertisers to get data. Select multiple or leave the checkbox empty to select all.

Report time period

Select the time period of the report. The reports support two kinds of time periods:

  1. Date range:

    • Pulls data in the date range between the start and end date provided, including the end date.
    • Select a start date.
    • Leave the end date empty to pull data according to the current river run time.
    • Use the Last Days Back For Each Run to expand the start date and pull data a specified number of days before the chosen start date.
  2. Predefined date- A date range defined by Data Integration:

    • Day: Yesterday.
    • Week (From Monday to Sunday): Week to date, Previous week, Previous week to date.
    • Month: Month to date, Previous month, Previous month to date.
    • Year: Year to date.

Important notes

Limit on the amount of data in a single run

  • Due to Innovid limits, there is a cap on how much data you can pull in a single river run. Pulling too much data results in an error message. In this case, select fewer advertisers or a smaller time frame.

You can pull up to 120 days of data in total (if you select two advertisers, you can pull up to 60 days for each, and if you choose 4, you can pull up to 30 days for each).

Innovid's data availability

  • The system aggregates data in the Eastern Time Zone. Usually, the previous day’s data is fully aggregated by 6:00 AM ETZ. It is recommended to pull data daily, and requesting data for the last two days ensures data completeness
  • You can use Data Integration "Last Days Back" input to achieve Innovid's recommendation.
