Greenhouse (Legacy) connection

Deprecation notice

Greenhouse is retiring Harvest API v1 and v2 on August 31, 2026. After that date, connections and data flows on this Greenhouse (Legacy) source stop working. Use the new Greenhouse source, built on Harvest API v3. See Greenhouse connection and Greenhouse walkthrough.

Prerequisites

  • An API key generated by Greenhouse.
  • You have permission in Greenhouse's settings for the reports you want to use, including the jobs report.

You can find these details in the account's Admin.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to your Data Integration Console.
  2. Select Connections and click +Create New Connection.
  3. Choose Greenhouse.
  4. Enter the Connection Name and connection details:
    • API key generated by Greenhouse.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Click the Test Connection.
    If the connection passed, you are ready to work with this connection in Data Integration.
