Universal Analytics predefined reports
The Google Analytics Universal API data source in Data Integration includes predefined reports. Each report contains a short description of the data, a list of customizable fields (if any), and the schema mapping.
Since these reports follow a standardized format, a few fields are locked, and you can only access them through the Custom Reports feature.
Prerequisite
To use Universal Analytics predefined reports in Data Integration, you must:
- Choose Predefined Reports as your River mode.
- Select the API version as Universal Analytics.
- Choose your Accounts.
- Select your Properties.
- Select your Profiles/ Views.
Standard sessions
The Standard sessions report produces a session-based metrics table at the ad content and source/medium levels. You can use the filter option to cut down the output and customize the incremental load type associated with this report.
