Genesys connection

Procedure

To get data from your Genesys account using Data Integration, create a connection.

1. Navigate to the Data Integration console.

2. Click Connections in the left-hand menu.

3. Click + New Connection.

4. Click Genesys under CRM section.

5. Enter the Connection Name.

6. Enter your credentials (Client ID and Client Secret).

7. Select Server Region.

8. Click Test Connection to verify the credentials are valid.

9. Click Save to save the connection. You are now ready to start pulling data from Genesys.
