Freshservice API version 2 is currently supported.

Prerequisites

Need to have a Freshservice connection.

Pulling data from Freshservice using Data Integration

After configuring the connection, you configure the Data Flow for the report.

Procedure

1. Navigate to the Data Integration console.
2. Click Connections> +New Connection or Data Flow>Add Data Flow from the left-hand menu.
3. Find and select Freshservice.
4. After finding Freshservice, choose the connection you configured.
5. Choose the report.

API limits:

The API limits vary based on the Freshservice plan. Certain API operations also have sublimits within the limit. This limit is applied account-wide, irrespective of factors such as the number of agents or IP addresses used to make the calls.
