Freshservice connection

Freshservice is a cloud-based IT service management (ITSM) software that enables organizations to streamline their IT support and asset management processes. It offers comprehensive features and tools designed to help businesses manage customer inquiries, issues, and support tickets.

Freshservice connection will only support the API Key authentication method. The API Key authentication method requires you to generate and use a unique token for authenticating their access to Freshservice Connection.

Procedure

To acquire your API key:

  1. Log in to your Freshservice Support Portal.
  2. Find and click on your profile picture in the upper-right corner.
  3. Access the profile settings page.
  4. Your API key will be displayed.

To establish a connection with Freshservice in Data Integration:

  1. Enter the Connection Name.
  2. Enter the domain name.
  3. Enter the API token.
