Docebo reports

Reports in Docebo are grouped into three endpoints: Reports, Users, and Courses. Some reports require a time interval because they depend on time. You can configure all time-dependent reports using the built-in time feature in Data Integration.

Time-dependent Reports

Time-dependent reports include Widgets, Sub Id Stats, and more.

Select a time period

Time-dependent reports support two types of time periods:

  1. Date range:
    • Pulls data for the date range between the start and end date provided, including the end date.
    • You must select a Start date.
    • The Start Date will not update if a River run fails. To change this, go to More Options and select the checkbox to advance the "Start Date" even if the River run fails (Not recommended).
    • Leave the end date empty to pull data up to the current time of the river run.
    • Select a timezone offset to adjust the dates accordingly.
    • Use the Last days back for each run to expand the start date by pulling data for a number of days before the chosen start date.
  1. Predefined date- a date range defined by Data Integration:
    • Day: Yesterday.
    • Week (From Monday to Sunday): Week to date, Previous week, Previous week to date.
    • Month: Month to date, Previous month, Previous month to date.
    • Year: Year to date.

Use cases:

  • The courses are taken according to the updated time in a general course-related report.

  • In the Course Stats report, the courses and metrics from each course are taken at the same time interval.

Select the courses before running the river. If you do not select courses beforehand, the courses found in the time interval will be used for metrics extraction.
