Dear Systems reports

Reports in Dear Systems are grouped into various endpoints, including sales-based and purchase-based reports. Most reports are time-dependent and require you to select a time interval.

You can filter reports using available time fields and additional filter options. The report uses the specified starting time and returns data from that point to the current time.

Configure all time-dependent reports using the built-in time feature in Data Integration.

Configuring time-dependent reports

Select a time period:

Time-dependent reports support two kinds of formats:

1. Date range:
   • Pulls data in the date range between the start and end date provided.
   • You must select a start date.
   • Leaving the end date empty pulls data according to the current river run time.
   • Select a timezone offset to send dates based on the offset.
   • Use the Last Days Back For Each Run to expand the start date and pull data from a specified number of days before the chosen start date.

2. Predefined date- A date range defined by Data Integration:
   • Day: Yesterday.
   • Week (From Monday to Sunday): Week to date, Previous week, Previous week to date.
   • Month: Month to date, Previous month, Previous month to date.
