Prerequisite

Customer Gauge connection.

Customer gauge reports

  • Time-dependent reports. For example, Bounce, Response, Transactions.
  • Time-independent reports. For example, Hierarchy.

Time-dependent reports

The time-dependent report includes all reports except Hierarchy. Select a time period. You can choose from two time formats:

  1. Date range:

    • Pulls data in the date range between the start and end date provided, including the end date.
    • You must select a start date.
    • Leaving the end date empty pulls data according to the current river run time.
    • Select a timezone offset to send dates based on the offset.
    • Use the Last Days Back For Each Run to expand the start date and pull data a number of days before the chosen start date.

  1. Predefined date- A date range defined by Data Integration:

    • Day: Yesterday.
    • Week (From Monday to Sunday): Week to date, Previous week, Previous week to date.
    • Month: Month to date, Previous month, Previous month to date.
    • Year: Year to date.

Time independent reports

The time-independent report includes the report Hierarchy.

Additional fields

Some reports include additional fields to provide additional data filtering. For example, the Non-response report consists of the field Status. If these fields are left empty, all available data for that field will be retrieved.

  • Show for
