Confluence predefined reports
Updated
The Confluence source in Data Integration comes with the following predefined reports. Each report syncs either a full refresh or incrementally. Get pages and Get blog posts run once for each space you select; Get child pages runs once for each parent page you select.
Predefined reports
| Report | Description | Sync type |
|---|---|---|
| Get child pages | Retrieves the pages nested underneath the parent page or pages you select, used to build out your documentation's structure. | Full refresh |
| Get pages | Retrieves pages from the space or spaces you select on this report. | Full refresh |
| Get blog posts | Retrieves announcement-style blog posts published in Confluence, separate from regular wiki pages, scoped the same way as Get pages. | Full refresh |
| Get attachments | Retrieves the full inventory of files attached to your Confluence content. | Full refresh |
| Get labels | Retrieves the full set of labels and tags used to categorize content across your account. | Full refresh |
| Get tasks | Retrieves action items and to-dos embedded in your pages and blog posts, including status, assignee, and due dates. Supports a created-date range filter. | Incremental |
| Get footer comments | Retrieves comments left at the bottom of pages and other content across your account. | Full refresh |
| Get inline comments | Retrieves comments left directly on specific text within your content. | Full refresh |
Each report also exposes its own filters, such as status, sort order, and body format, when you configure it.
Known limitations
- Get pages, Get blog posts, Get attachments, and Get inline comments default to a Current status filter, so the report excludes archived, deleted, and trashed items unless you change the status filter.
- Get child pages requires you to explicitly select one or more parent pages. It doesn't walk your whole instance automatically, and you can't exclude archived child pages after you select a parent.
If you need a report or object that isn't currently supported, contact support so it can be evaluated for a future release.
