Action steps

To resolve the error, follow these steps:

  1. Check Yotpo Server Status:

    • Verify if Yotpo's services are up and running. Sometimes the error might be due to server downtime on Yotpo's end.

  2. Ensure IP address Allowlisting:

    • Ensure that the required Data Integration you have allowlisted the IP addresses on your network. Access errors can occur if the IP addresses used by Data Integration are not properly allowlisted.

  3. Network Configuration:

    • Check your network setup to verify that no firewalls or proxy servers are blocking Data Integration from accessing Yotpo's API services.
    • If using DNS routing or VPN, ensure there are no disruptions.

  4. Test Connection:

    • Use the connection testing feature in Data Integration to verify if the connection can establish after making network updates.

  5. Retry After Some Time:

    • If Yotpo's server status is down, wait for some time and try reconnecting once their servers are operational.
