This typically occurs when the specified date range is not properly configured according to the Data Integration platform's requirements or the API limitations of Yotpo. According to the documentation, data range selection involves specifying a start date and optionally an end date. If you specify only a start date, data will pull up to the current date of the Data Flow's run.

To resolve the error, follow these steps:

• Verify the date range configuration:
  • Ensure you set a valid start date that complies with Yotpo-specific requirements and limitations.
  • If you specify end date, confirm it is later than or equal to the start date.
  • Adjust the time period to fit within the allowable range specified by Yotpo’s API.
• Consider leaving the end date empty to allow the Data Flow to pull data up to the current date and time of the Data Flow's execution, this is a valid option in Data Integration.
• Check the timezone offset if data runs are not aligned with expected results, as incorrect timezone settings could cause data range errors.
• Use the "Last Days Back For Each Run" feature if pulling historical data relative to a start date.
