RVR-TWTR-100
Issue summary
The error code RVR-TWTR-100 indicates that a client ID and client secret are required when using the social authentication type for a Twitter data connector in Data Integration. This error occurs because the authentication process for Twitter requires these credentials to establish a secure connection.
Action steps
To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
- Retrieve Client ID and Client Secret: Log in to the Twitter Developer Portal, navigate to the Projects & Apps tab, and select your app or create a new one. Under the Keys and Tokens section, locate the Client ID and Client Secret. If they are not visible, use the Regenerate option.
- Set Up Connection in Data Integration: Go to the Data Integration console and navigate to Connections. Click + New Connection and select Twitter. Enter the Client ID and Client Secret retrieved from the Twitter Developer Portal, then test the connection to ensure it is properly set up.
