RVR-TTD-126

Issue summary

  • You encountered an error with the code RVR-TTD-126 while using The Trade Desk data connector on Data Integration, indicating an "Invalid start date". This issue typically arises when the start date provided for data extraction does not follow the required format or constraints set by The Trade Desk API or Data Integration data connector settings.

Action steps

To resolve the error, follow these steps:

  • Verify Date Format: Ensure that the start date you are using follows the correct format required by Data Integration, which should be YYYY-MM-DD or as advised in your connector settings.
  • Check Timezone: The dates should be in UTC time as per Data Integration requirements. Make sure the time zone is accurately set if there is any conversion.
  • Inspect Date Range: Check that both the start and end dates are within a valid range for The Trade Desk API. As some APIs restrict the number of days for which you can pull data, ensure you are not exceeding those limitations. Verify if there is any requirement or limitation on how far back you can set your start date.
  • Incremental Loading Options: If using incremental loading, make sure the dates assigned make sense in the sequence of data pulls.
  • API Known Issues: Sometimes, issues may occur due to a configuration change by an administrator; it might resolve by checking or re-setting your connection settings.
