RVR-TTD-123
Issue summary
The error code RVR-TTD-123 with the description Invalid date format, end date precedes start date indicates a misconfiguration in the date range provided for a data extraction process using The Trade Desk connector in Data Integration. This error typically occurs when the end date is set earlier than the start date, which is an invalid configuration for time-dependent reports.
Action steps
To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
- Verify Date Entries: Double-check the start date and end date in your Data Flow setup for The Trade Desk data connector. Ensure the start date is earlier than the end date.
- Confirm Date Format: Ensure the date format follows the expected format. Data Integration uses a
DD/MM/YYYYformat for start and end dates in many connectors. - Validate Dynamic Date Values: If the date parameters are dynamically set using variables or logic in Data Integration, verify that these values compute correctly and result in a valid date range.
- Check Date Logic: Look for any logical conditions within your Data Integration configuration that might unintentionally set the dates incorrectly. Adjust these conditions as needed.
- Use Rolling Date Options: Consider using the Last Days Back For Each Run option to ensure the start date is dynamically set earlier than the end date when using rolling date periods.
