RVR-TTD-100

Issue summary

The error code RVR-TTD-100 with the description No data for mapping indicates that Data Integration found no data to map from The Trade Desk data source to the specified target. This error typically occurs when the queried data returns no records or when the expected schema does not match the returned schema.

Action steps

To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

  1. Verify Data Availability: Ensure that the expected data is available in The Trade Desk under the criteria specified in your Data Integration configuration. Double-check any filters or query parameters that might inadvertently limit data retrieval.
  2. Check Data Source Connectivity: Confirm that the connection to The Trade Desk is properly configured and active. Any connectivity issues can prevent Data Integration from returning data.
  3. Review Mapping Schema: Ensure the mapping schema aligns with the data structure that The Trade Desk provides. Use the Auto Mapping feature in Data Integration to regenerate the mapping schema and ensure it correctly matches all fields.
  4. Check Logs for Errors: Review execution logs for additional error messages that could provide more insight into the absence of data.
