- Verify Credentials: Ensure that your credentials for the cloud storage service in use (such as AWS Access Key and Secret Key, Google Service Account JSON file, etc.) are correctly provided and up-to-date.
- For Google Cloud Storage, ensure that the Service Account JSON you upload the file and the account has necessary permissions.
- For AWS, verify that the Access Key and Secret Key are correct and have the required permissions.
- Check Service Account: If using Google Cloud, ensure you have granted the necessary permissions to the service account, such as
storage.buckets.listand other relevant access policies. - Review Connections in Data Integration: Navigate to the Connections page in Data Integration and ensure you enable your storage connection isset up properly with the correct bucket or container listed, and that the file zone configuration.
- Test Configuration: Use the Test Connection feature in Data Integration to ensure your credentials allow successful connection to the storage service.
