RVR-DTBR-100

  1. Issue Summary

    • You are encountering the error code RVR-DTBR-100, indicating missing credentials for using the file zone with the Data Connector: Storage in Data Integration. This issue frequently arises when the credentials required to access a storage service (such as AWS S3, Google Cloud Storage, or Azure) are either missing or improperly configured in the Data Integration platform.
  2. Action Steps:

    • Verify Credentials: Ensure that your credentials for the cloud storage service being used (such as AWS Access Key and Secret Key, Google Service Account JSON file, etc.) are correctly provided and up-to-date.
      • For Google Cloud Storage, ensure that the Service Account JSON file is uploaded and the account has necessary permissions.
      • For AWS, verify that the Access Key and Secret Key are correct and have the required permissions.
    • Check Service Account: If using Google Cloud, ensure you have granted the necessary permissions to the service account, such as storage.buckets.list and other relevant access policies.
    • Review Connections in Data Integration: Navigate to the Connections page in Data Integration and ensure your storage connection is set up properly with the correct bucket or container listed, and that the file zone configuration is enabled.
    • Test Configuration: Use the "Test Connection" feature in Data Integration to ensure your credentials allow successful connection to the storage service.
