To resolve the error, follow these steps:

  • Verify that your ServiceNow credentials (username and password) are correct and that your user account has the necessary permissions to access the required tables within your ServiceNow domain.
  • Ensure that the URL domain used in your connection matches the format: https://yourdomain.service-now.com, where yourdomain is specific to your ServiceNow account.
  • Navigate in Data Integration to "Connections" and select "Create New Connection". Choose "ServiceNow", and carefully input the connection details, ensuring accuracy, especially the ServiceNow domain URL.
  • Click Test Connection to verify if the connection succeeds. If it does not, double-check all entered details for typos or incorrect entries.
  • If errors persist, consider checking any configurations or restrictions in your network that might be blocking connections to ServiceNow.
