  • Verify the dimensions and metrics in use in the configuration. Certain combinations may not allow and need to adjust.
  • Check for any recent updates or changes in your ServiceNow schema or report setup and ensure these are accurately reflected in Data Integration’s configuration.
  • Remove or update any deprecated fields/properties in the report schema to prevent issues.
  • Reconnect the ServiceNow integration to reset any erroneous configurations that may have resulted from a recent change or update.
