Issue summary
- The
search_ads_360_reportingdata connector returns the error codeRVR-SRCHADN-205when you use custom fields with more than one selected customer. This means that when creating or configuring the report, only a single customer account should select if custom fields applies. If multiple customers selected simultaneously, this error will occur.
Action steps
To resolve the error, follow these steps:
- Open the configuration for your Search Ads 360 reporting connection in Data Integration.
- ensure you select you have selected only one customer for the data extraction. If you are working with multiple customers, isolate the reports and ensure custom fields are only active when a single customer.
- After adjusting the customer selection, attempt to run the report again.
