  • Verify Connection Details:

    • Double-check the Client ID, Client Secret, and Subdomain used for the Salesforce Marketing Cloud connection. Ensure that these details are correctly and completely entered in the Data Integration connection settings.
  • Permissions Check:

    • Ensure that the account associated with the credentials has the necessary read permissions as required by the Salesforce Marketing Cloud API.
  • Network and IP address Allowlisting:

    • Ensure that Data Integration’s cloud you have allowlisted the IP addresses in your Salesforce Marketing Cloud account. This configuration you can do this through the Salesforce Marketing Cloud setup interface. Data Integration provides a list of IP addresses for allowlisting.
  • Test the Connection Again:

    • Once you have verified and corrected the connection parameters, re-test the connection in Data Integration to verify if the issue persists.
