To resolve the error, follow these steps:

  • Verify Credentials: Ensure that the credentials used for the "sf_marketing" connector are accurate. This includes verifying the username, password, client ID, and client secret.
  • Check Network and Firewall Settings: Ensure that your network allows connections to Salesforce servers and that any firewall rules are properly configured to allow traffic to and from relevant Data Integration IP addresses.
  • Token Expiry: If the connection uses OAuth, verify whether the access token or refresh token has expired. Renew the tokens if necessary and update the connection settings in Data Integration.
  • Review API Limits: Check if you have exceeded any Salesforce API limits (like request limits), which could result in connection errors.
  • Recreate Connection: In some cases, removing the existing connection and establishing a new connection from scratch can resolve persistent issues.
