Key File Format: Verify that the key file is in the correct format expected by the platform. It should commonly be in PEM format if used with s like Linux.
Passphrase Reset: If you are unable to remember the passphrase, you might need to regenerate a new key pair. This involves generating a new private key and updating it in Data Integration and related services.
Test Connection: After addressing the passphrase issue, use the Test Connection feature in Data Integration to ensure that the connection is properly established.
