- Verify the Passphrase: Double-check the passphrase you are using for the SSH key file to ensure it is correct. Make sure there are no typographical errors, and that the passphrase corresponds to the private key you are using.
- Check Key File: ensure you select the correct private key file is in use. If there are multiple keys in use or stored, double-check to confirm the correct one.
- Key File Format: Verify that the key file is in the correct format expected by the platform. It should commonly be in PEM format if used with s like Linux.
- Passphrase Reset: If you are unable to remember the passphrase, you might need to regenerate a new key pair. This involves generating a new private key and updating it in Data Integration and related services.
- Test Connection: After addressing the passphrase issue, use the Test Connection feature in Data Integration to ensure that the connection is properly established.
