  • Ensure that the popup blocking settings in your web browser you disable, as some authentication processes might require pop-up windows for login.
  • Check if there are any network issues preventing the connection. Ensure that firewalls or security settings are not blocking Data Integration’s IP addresses.
  • Re-authenticate the connection if tokens have expired, by following these steps:
    1. Log into the Data Integration Console.
    2. Go to the connections section and select your QuickBooks connection.
    3. Re-enter or refresh your OAuth 2.0 tokens if necessary.
    4. Test the connection to ensure it is properly configured and operational.
