RVR-QBK-101
Issue summary
- The error code
RVR-QBK-101indicates a failure to connect to the QuickBooks data source within Data Integration. This is likely due to issues with the authentication process, commonly involving OAuth 2.0, which QuickBooks uses for secure connections. Potential causes include incorrect credentials, expired tokens, or network connectivity problems.
Action steps
To resolve the error, follow these steps:
- Verify that your OAuth 2.0 credentials (Client ID, Client Secret) and tokens are current and entered correctly in Data Integration.
- Ensure that the popup blocking settings in your web browser you disable, as some authentication processes might require pop-up windows for login.
- Check if there are any network issues preventing the connection. Ensure that firewalls or security settings are not blocking Data Integration’s IP addresses.
- Re-authenticate the connection if tokens have expired, by following these steps:
- Log into the Data Integration Console.
- Go to the connections section and select your QuickBooks connection.
- Re-enter or refresh your OAuth 2.0 tokens if necessary.
- Test the connection to ensure it is properly configured and operational.
