  • Check Network Connectivity: Make sure there are no firewall or network restrictions that could be blocking access to Pepperjam's API.
  • Recreate the Connection:
    1. Navigate to the Connections section in Data Integration.
    2. Locate and remove the existing Pepperjam connection.
    3. Recreate the connection with the necessary credentials and settings.
  • Test Connection: After setting up the connection, use the Test Connection feature in Data Integration to ensure that it operates correctly.
  • Review API Changes: Check for any recent changes on the Pepperjam side that might require updates to the connection or authentication method.
