Action steps

To resolve the error, follow these steps:

• Check Credentials: Ensure that you have the correct API Token for MOAT Analytics. If you don’t have one, contact your MOAT Analytics representative to provide you with a valid token.
• Verify Configuration: Revisit your connection setup to ensure all required fields and tokens are correctly entered in your Data Integration console.
• Test Connection: Use the Test Connection function in your Data Integration console to verify if the connection to MOAT can establish successfully.
• Network Connectivity: Check that there is no network blockages or firewall settings preventing Data Integration from reaching MOAT's servers.
• MOAT Server Status: Verify that MOAT's services are up and running by contacting MOAT support if necessary.
