Issue summary

The error code RVR-OL-101 indicates that Data Integration could not authenticate to Microsoft Fabric using the Service Principal credentials configured on the connection. The Tenant ID, Client ID, or Client Secret is incorrect, or the Client Secret has expired.

Action steps

To resolve the error, follow these steps:

1. Verify the credentials: Confirm that the Tenant ID, Client ID, and Client Secret on the connection match the values in the Microsoft Entra app registration.
2. Check the secret expiration: In Microsoft Entra ID, check the client secret's expiration date. Generate a new secret if it has expired, and update the connection.
3. Test the connection: Click Test Connection to confirm Data Integration can authenticate with the updated credentials.
