  • Verify Connection Settings:

    • For example, confirm to use the correct IMAP settings.
  • OAuth2 Connection:
    • If using OAuth2 for Gmail or Outlook, ensure to use proper OAuth2 credentials. Check if there are company policies or settings that may block third-party applications, and address these with your Google Workspace administrator.
  • Credentials Check:
    • Re-enter email credentials, ensuring no errors in email address, username, or password.
  • Test Connection:
    • Use Data Integration Test Connection function to validate the email setup. This can help identify any issues with the current configuration.
  • Reconnect:
    • Sometimes, a simple reconnection can resolve temporary issues. Disconnect and reconnect the email account in Data Integration.
