  • Check API Credentials: Verify that the LinkedIn API credentials (client ID and client secret) are correctly entered in Data Integration. Ensure they are not expired and have the necessary permissions (scopes r_ads_reporting and r_ads).
  • Rate Limits: LinkedIn Ads API imposes rate limits. Ensure you are not exceeding these limits as they can cause requests to be rejected.
  • Reconnect LinkedIn Account: Sometimes, reconnecting your LinkedIn account in Data Integration can resolve connectivity issues. Disconnect and reconnect the account to refresh tokens.
  • Network Issues: Ensure there are no network issues on your end causing the requests to fail. Consider checking your firewall and network settings to allow traffic to LinkedIn's API endpoints.
