- Check API Key: Ensure that the correct API key is in use for connecting to Klaviyo. Verify and re-enter the API key if necessary.
- Verify API Version: Klaviyo has retired its Legacy v1 and v2 APIs as of June 30, 2024, in favor of the new v2024-02-15 API. Make sure that the integration is using the updated API version.
- Network and Connectivity: Check for any network issues that might prevent proper communication with the Klaviyo API. Ensure there aren’t any firewalls or network security settings blocking the connection.
- Klaviyo Account Settings: Ensure that there is no configuration changes in your Klaviyo account settings that might affect API responses.
