RVR-GNS-120

Issue summary

  • The error code RVR-GNS-120 related to "INVALID_DATE_INTERVAL" occurs when using the Genesys data connector in Data Integration. This error suggests an issue with the specified date range that does not align with the expected format or constraints for date intervals in the Genesys platform. This is often due to a non-standard date format or an incorrect specification in the query or connector setup.

Action steps

To resolve the error, follow these steps:

  • Review Date Format: Ensure that the date format you are using in your Data Flow setup matches the expected format in the Data Integration platform. The default output format for date fields should be yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss.SSS.
  • Adjust Date Range: If you are using a predefined date range such as WEEKLY or MONTHLY, make sure that the date range includes at least one full unit of that interval. For instance, WEEKLY requires at least a full week.
  • Review Start and End Dates: Confirm that both start and end dates you specify correctly. If you leave the end date blank, data will pull up to the current time of the Data Flow's run.
  • Timezone Considerations: Select the appropriate timezone offset to ensure the transactions align with your configured time settings.
