• Refresh your browser to ensure It is not a temporary glitch.
• Re-authenticate your Facebook connection in Data Integration:
  • Go to your Facebook Social connection settings in Data Integration.
  • Click on "Remove", then re-authenticate by logging in to Facebook again.
  • Make sure to have the necessary permissions, ideally as an admin, for the Facebook pages tied to your Instagram business accounts.
• Verify that the user who authenticated with Data Integration has necessary permissions on the connected Facebook pages.
• Confirm that your connection passes the Test Connection successfully in the Data Integration platform Documentation】.
• Check for any Facebook API limitations, such as exceeding the number of allowed requests per hour.
• Review your app settings on Facebook to ensure all necessary permissions (e.g., manage_pages).
