   • Ensure that the connection passes the test connection method successfully. You can check this within Data Integration by going to the connection settings and testing the FacebookSocial connection.
   • Verify that the Facebook account connected in Data Integration has sufficient permissions for the pages you are trying to access. Ideally, the user should have admin permissions to avoid known API access issues.
   • Reauthenticate the Facebook connection in Data Integration. Go to the connection settings in Data Integration, remove the current connection, and set it up again ensuring that it passes the test connection method.
   • If the problem persists, try accessing the Facebook account in incognito mode to ensure there are no cookie/cache issues causing a disruption.
