  1. Refresh Connection:

    • Refresh the Data Integration page and attempt to pull accounts again to verify if the issue resolves itself.

  2. Test and Verify Connection:

    • Ensure that your Facebook connection in Data Integration passes the test connection method successfully.

  3. Review User Permissions:

    • Verify that the user authenticated with Data Integration has admin permissions on the connected Facebook pages or Instagram business accounts. Users with only analyst permissions sometimes cannot access the Facebook API correctly.

  4. Re-authenticate Connection:

    • Try reauthenticating the connection. Go to your Data Integration connections and remove, then re-add the Facebook connection.
    • Ensure the user account has the required permissions during the reauthentication process.

  5. Verify Facebook-Instagram Link:

    • Confirm that the Instagram account connects to a Facebook page and the user has necessary permissions to access the required data.

  6. Revise Facebook App Permissions:

    • If the error persists, check the permissions granted to the Data Integration app within Facebook. Navigate to the Facebook Business Integrations settings, ensure you enable Data Integration appear, and confirm that the necessary data permissions.
