  • You can do this by navigating to your Data Integration account, going to Connections, selecting the Facebook connection, and clicking on "Test Connection."
• Check User Permissions:
  • Ensure the user associated with the connection has the necessary administrative permissions on Facebook to access and manage campaigns. Facebook API access issues often occur if the connected user's role does not have adequate permissions.
• Re-authenticate Data Integration Connection:
  • Disconnect the existing Facebook connection in Data Integration and re-connect it. Make sure to follow the steps carefully to avoid any missed permissions.
