• Refresh the Data Integration Page: Sometimes, refreshing the browser page can resolve temporary issues.
• Test Connection: Ensure that the connection to Facebook is active. Use the Test Connection feature in Data Integration to verify this.
• Verify Permissions: The user who authenticated the connection in Data Integration must have the necessary permissions on the related Facebook accounts or pages. Use a user with admin permissions.
• Reauthenticate the Connection: If issues persist, remove the existing connection and reauthorize the connection in Data Integration. Make sure to save the new connection and test it again.
• Check Facebook Integration Settings: Navigate to Facebook's business integrations settings to ensure the Data Integration app is properly configured. Remove the app and then re-add it if necessary to reset permissions.
