• Check Data Integration Connection: Make sure the Facebook connection in Data Integration is properly configured. Reauthorize the Facebook connection and has the necessary permissions. Use an account with the highest privilege, like an admin role, to avoid any access restrictions.
• Inspect and Select Proper Report Type: Review whether the report type you are trying to generate requires specific breakdowns and make sure they are appropriately specified in your Data Integration integration.
• Reinitialize Connection and Test: If configuration appears correct but the issue persists, try removing the current Facebook connection in Data Integration, then re-add it, ensuring you follow all steps in the connection process. After reconnecting, use the Test Connection feature to ensure setup success.
