To resolve the issue, follow these steps:

  1. Reconnect the Account: Try to re-authenticate the account to resolve the connection errors. Go to your Data Integration connections, select the DoubleClick Publisher connection, and re-enter your credentials to ensure they are correct and up-to-date.
  2. Check Permissions and API Access: Verify that the permissions required for your application to access DoubleClick Publisher are correctly set in the Google Ad Manager account. Ensure that the account has the necessary access rights and that there are no restrictive policies blocking the API access.
  3. Review Google OAuth Setup: Confirm that the OAuth credentials used are valid and have the right scopes for access. If you are seeing authentication failures, it might help to refresh the token or recreate the OAuth credentials.
  4. Browser Pop-up Settings: Make sure your browser allows pop-ups from Data Integration; sometimes, authentication requires popup interaction.
