   • Ensure that the API version is compatible and supported.

3. Update Report Parameters:

   • Verify if any parameters or the structure of the report have changed in the Docebo platform that could impact the feature.
   • Review the report's settings in your Docebo account to confirm they match the expectations of your Data Integration River.

4. Connectivity and Configuration:

   • Check that the network configurations allow communication between Data Integration and the Docebo servers, including allowlisting necessary IP addresses if needed.

5. Review Data Integration Logs:

   • Examine the logs within Data Integration to understand more about the point of failure. This may provide additional insights into any specific API calls or data processing steps that are failing.

6. Test Connection:
